Take a moment before you begin this final module.
Really pause.
Look back at everything you've worked through to reach this point.
The awareness.
The difficult conversations with yourself.
The breakthroughs.
the moments you wanted to give up.
The moments you surprised yourself.
Every reflection, every exercise, every uncomfortable truth you've faced has brought you here.
That deserves to be recognised.
When you first started this journey, you may have been searching for a different life.
A different version of yourself.
A different future.
But somewhere along the way, something much more important began to happen.
You stopped searching for someone else to become...
...and started remembering who you really are.
That has always been the heart of The Becoming You Method.
Not creating a new person.
Removing everything that convinced you that you weren't already enough.
This final module isn't about learning something completely new.
It's about bringing everything together.
Its about trusting yourself.
Living in alignment with your values.
Finding peace in who you are.
Allowing your healing to become part of your everyday life rather than something you only work on when life feels difficult.
There will still be challenges.
There will still be moments when old thoughts, old fears or old habits try to return.
That doesn't mean you've failed.
It simply means you're human.
The difference now is that you have awareness.
You have tools.
You have choices.
Most importantly...
You have yourself.
As you work through this final module, I want you to stop measuring how far you still have to go.
Instead, start celebrating how far you've already come.
Take time to acknowledge your growth.
Celebrate the courage it took to keep showing up.
Have fun with it.
Be proud of every version of yourself that fought to get you here, because each one played a part in becoming the person you are today.
This isn't the end of your journey.
It's the beginning of living it.

LESSON ONE
LOOKING BACK WITHOUT LIVING THERE
Honouring Your Journey
Before we spend any time looking towards the future, I'd like you to spend a few moments looking at the past.
Not to relive it. Not to judge it. And certainly not to stay there.
Simply to recognise how far you've come.
One of the easiest things to do on a healing journey is to become so focused on where you still want to be that you completely overlook how much you've already changed.
Growth is often quiet.
It happens in small choices. In the conversations you handle differently. In the boundaries you finally set.
In the thoughts you no longer believe. In the moments where you choose compassion instead of criticism.
These changes can feel so natural that you stop noticing them.
But they matter. Every single one of them.
The person who first opened Module 1 isn't the same person reading this lesson today.
You have more awareness. More understanding. More compassion. More courage.
And perhaps, for the first time in a long time...
A little more belief in yourself.
This lesson isn't about looking backwards because you want to return there.
It's about looking back with gratitude.
Your past deserves acknowledgement.
It shaped you. It taught you. It challenged you.
But it no longer defines you.
Today, we're simply going to honour every version of you that kept going, even when life felt uncertain.
Because without her.
You wouldn't be here today.

Exercise 1: Recognising How Far You've Already Come
One of the biggest mistakes we make during personal growth is believing that because we still have more work to do, we haven't made any progress.
But growth isn't about becoming perfect.
It's about becoming aware.
It's about making different choices.
It's about noticing the moments where you pause instead of reacting, speak kindly to yourself instead of criticising yourself, or choose courage instead of fear.
Those moments might seem small.
But together, they've changed you.
This exercise is about looking at yourself with fresh eyes.
Not to judge who you used to be.
But to celebrate who you're becoming.

Take yourself back to the person who began Module 1.
Answer these questions honestly.
Part 2: Meet The Person Sitting Here Today
Now answer these questions without comparing yourself to anyone else.
Only compare yourself to who you were.
Part 3: The Difference Between Then & Now
Take a moment to compare your answers.
